Sports / Deep Tissue
This treatment is for those tight spots. specific areas can be targeted. This can be used in treatments of soft tissue injuries, help ease neck & shoulder tension to ease headaches and a general deeper treatment than a relaxation treatment.
Hot Stone Massage
This is a full body, relaxation treatment. Warmed basalt stones are used in the treatment. Warmth helps ease tired muscles, relax the body and the mind.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is a full body massage given using essential oils. Essential oils are the essences of plants, herbs, trees & resins. Each of these essences have beneficial properties, that can help mood, emotions and some medical conditions

Ensure you are on time for your treatment. Best to have a shower before where you can. Any cancellations less than 24hours notice or no shows are subject to a 50% fee and refusal of any further bookings
